True Colours is a Specialist Trans and Gender Diverse Health Service providing holistic and multidisciplinary gender affirming care to young people, aged 16 to 24 years of age, living in the Sydney Metropolitan Area. The service provides access to medical, nursing, mental health and allied health specialists, offering medical review, specialist nursing care, psychological assessment and diagnosis, and social work consultation.
